An amorous couple was arrested in Florida earlier this week after they were spotted having sex on top of a car at a local dealership.
The Smoking Gun reports that a witness phoned police in West Palm Beach, Fla. after seeing 18-year-old Erin Byrd and 29-year-old Ramon Mitchell going at it atop a car inside of the Mike's Auto Sales:
Cops were summoned to the closed business shortly before midnight by a witness who “advised officers he just witnessed both suspects having sex on top of the vehicle in plain sight.” The 39-year-old man added that he heard the trysting duo moaning.
Byrd and Mitchell dismounted the vehicle, responding officers arrested them. Mitchell made his situation worse by spitting in an officer's face as she slapped the handcuffs on him. Both were charged with lewd and lascivious behavior, trespassing, and auto burglary. Mitchell picked up an extra aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer charge for spitting on the cop.
For the record, the Smoking Gun notes that the car was a 2004 Kia Sedona.
