Rumors have surfaced that Aaron Paul is the frontrunner to play Han Solo in director Gareth Edwards’ Star Wars spinoff movie, which is still several years away from happening. According to the site Making Star Wars (which has had accurate information in the past, especially about The Force Awakens, Edwards’ film will be centered on young Han Solo’s adventures, and that Paul is attached.
While Paul being involved doesn’t guarantee he’s playing Solo, it’s hard to imagine already having someone attached who isn’t in the lead role.
