The sprawling final chapter of Peter Jackson’s Hobbit trilogy always figured to be a massive, large-scale production on par with the final Lord of the Rings movie. And that’s exactly what it looks like we’ll have in The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies.

After unleashing Smaug on Lake-town, Bilbo and Co. now watch on in horror as the dragon starts torching pretty much everything in sight. Sauron and his evil fire eye are also back as the Goblins and Wargs take on the Men of Dale, Elves, Dwarves, Eagles, and a Shape-shifter at the foot of Lonely Mountain.

With Jackson saying that the battle itself will last upwards of 45 minutes, it’s safe to say that audiences will not be shortchanged on the action sequences.
