Pulp Fiction officially turned 20 yesterday and, though 1994 feels a million miles away, the movie has aged considerably well. Quentin Tarantino's fiercely ironic dialogue is still extremely quotable, John Travolta and Uma Thurman's dancing is ageless, and the Gimp scene remains equal parts funny and disturbing. Watch Pulp Fiction now (it's on Netflix, after all) and you won't think once about how old it's grown.

For the most part, though, the same can't be said for the movie's star-studded cast. Twenty years hang a lot heavier on a person than they do on a wildly inventive movie, and everyone from Jules Winnfield to Honey Bunny have changed. Some, like the Wolf, have embraced old(er) age with a sort of graceful dapperness. Others, like that guy who can't pronounce Idina Menzel's name, well, haven't.

Here's what the cast of Pulp Fiction looks like now, compared to what they looked like way back when. (Grab the cursor over the images below and slide back and forth to see the difference.)
