More "Avengers: Age of Ultron" Footage On the Way

Marvel is going to release more "Avengers: Age of Ultron" footage.

Even after a ton of people saw a leaked version, Marvel's official trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron set a record with 26.7 million views in its first 24 hours (over 34 million if you count the views on the leak), according to Deadline. The old record was 20 million for Iron Man 3

Although Marvel came out mostly unscathed by the leak (which it comically blamed on Hydra), it looked like there would be one big loser: Marvel's Agents of SHIELD.

The trailer was supposed to give the series a ratings boost when it premiered during a new episode on Tuesday, but now that everyone has already seen the trailer, that's out the window.

The good news for fans is that it looks like Marvel is determined to use Age of Ultron to get Agents of SHIELD some new viewers, so they're going to air more all-new footage from the movie during this week's episode. From Marvel:

Tune in to "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." this Tuesday, October 28 at 9:00 p.m. ET on ABC to see an exclusive piece from Marvel's "Avengers: Age of Ultron." Then, on Tuesday, November 4 at 9:00 p.m. ET on ABC, tune into "Marvel 75 Years: From Pulp to Pop!" for another taste of Marvel's "Avengers: Age of Ultron"--and much more!

Now if we can just get that footage to leak...
