Netflix Will Stage a Symbolic Slowdown for Net Neutrality

Netflix, Kickstarter, reddit and other websites will stage a symbolic slowdown for net neutrality.

The Sept. 15 deadline for public comments on the FCC's open Internet proposal is around the corner, and many tech companies don't want you to forget it. In an effort to raise public awareness, Netflix, Kickstarter, Mozilla, and reddit will stage tomorrow symbolic slowdowns of their websites. 

Don't worry, it's not going to be a huge inconvenience. The sites will just slow down icons to represent what they think will happen if the FCC doesn't come up with better, stricter regulations for net neutrality.
