Neal Brennan is a comedy legend, whether you can pick his face out of a crowd or not. As the co-creator and co-writer of Chappelle's Show (2003–2004), with his friend Dave Chappelle, Brennan pushed society's buttons and pushed the boundaries of comedy on television, especially with regards to racial humor. Since the show ended, when Chappelle suddenly walked away, Brennan has kept busy directing a feature film (The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard) and episodes of The Mindy Project, New Girl, and Inside Amy Schumer, performing stand-up, and hosting his podcast, The Champs. Now he's hosting Sundance Channel's The Approval Matrix, which is based on New York magazine's famous back page and brings a group of funny celebs to pass judgment on pop culture.

Get to know Brennan better as he breaks down his childhood (he's the youngest of 10 kids in an Irish Catholic family), what happened behind the scenes at Chappelle's Show, and criticism of his new show.
