Maybe it's dumb to marvel over something as mundae as environmental effects, but if the PS4's crop of next-gen offerings have been a little lightweight thus far and you want to see some truly next-gen graphics, look no further than Sony's upcoming PS4 racer DriveClub in the rain.
Over on the game's Facebook page, the developers have seen fit to release an all-too-brief look at the game's water effects, and they look very promising. The video for some reason is having trouble embedding on this post, but you can see all 20-some seconds of it via the link below. If the physics work as well as the dynamic water – which, if you nitpick, still has a little bit of polish left to go before hitting complete photorealism, but is nevertheless pretty stunning – then DriveClub could really be something special.
