If you are a big Jeremy Renner fan, you are going to be furious with the N.W.A.

With today’s announcement about the release of the forthcoming N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton, there’s a bit of a trickledown effect that is going to impact another big release. The Bourne movie that had previously been scheduled for August of 2015 has been pushed back to July 11, 2016 in order for Straight Outta Compton to make its debut in Bourne’s old slot.

While this may be disappointing for those who are fans of this new, Renner-led iteration (and judging by the $276 million worldwide box office, many of you are), it shouldn’t impact the Bourne franchise all that much. The new film, which is being directed by Fast & Furious’ Justin Lin and written by Bastille Day’s Andrew Baldwin, will still be a success reardless of when it's released.

As EW points out, 2015 was already going to be a huge summer for Universal blockbusters. They’ve currently got Fast & Furious 7, Jurassic World, and Ted 2 already scheduled, so moving Bourne will at least help share the love a little bit.
