The Mother of Dragons, Emilia Clarke, and Jennifer Lawrence's boyfriend—ahem, we mean Nicholas Hoult—have reportedly signed on to portray legendary criminal couple Bonnie and Clyde in the upcoming film Go Down Together, from director Michael Sucsy. The script is from Up In the Air writer Sheldon Turner, and based on Jeff Guinn's non-fiction book Go Down Together: The True, Untold Story of Bonnie and Clyde.
If you haven't read the book, it's actually a pretty different take on the much-discussed couple: Instead of criminal masterminds, the book portrays the two as pretty incompetent at robberies. At least it's different from the tons of other Bonnie and Clyde film adaptations we've seen in the past, right?
