Above is the teaser released at E3 2013 by publisher Electronic Arts (EA) of the new Star Wars: Battlefront title in development at DICE, makers of the Battlefield series among others. CEO Andrew Wilson stated during an investor call today that EA will reveal more about the new Battlefront title as well as new “projects in development” at the annual Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in June.
While there will be a ton of new games announced at E3 – because they always are – but a new Star Wars title may one of the most exciting. EA plans to release the game with full support of Star Wars owner Disney, in summer of 2015. It was recently teased that EA is working on multiple Star Wars titles.
E3 2014 kicks off in June.
