To give players a fighting chance in Dark Souls 2 – out today – Publisher Bandai Namco is offering a warm, praise the sun, helping hand in this massive 40-minute tutorial video.
Presented by Good Game host “The Junglist,” with Australia-based Dark Souls expert VaatiVidya (after all what else is there to do in Australia besides surfing with tan women) guide gamers through at “Dark Souls 2 Comprehensive Guide.” A guide which explains everything from basic statistics, combat, and how to use health items – essentially tutorials left out of the first game and which are presumably fairly light in the sequel.
Dark Souls 2 launched today, March 11, on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. A Windows PC version is inbound next month.
