The final results of Philip Seymour Hoffman’s autopsy reveal that the actor died of acute drug intoxication, according to CNN. The New York medical examiner’s office today said the drugs in the actor’s system included heroin, cocaine, benzodiazepines and amphetamine. His death is labeled as accidental.

Hoffman, 46, was found dead in his New York City apartment on February 2. He had struggled with heroin addiction in the past, even going to rehab for his problem at one point. He had claimed in the past that he was 23 years sober until his recent relapses. Police found used syringes and other drug paraphernalia in his home upon entering.

Hoffman will be seen in one of his final roles when The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 and Part 2 hit theaters later in 2014 and 2015 respectively.
