Samsung unveiled the Gear Fit at the Mobile World Congress this week, a wearable that looks surprisingly similar to Apple iWatch concept designs that have floated around the Internet for the past few months.
While those iWatch designs came from people outside of Apple, their looks conveyed what people were looking for in a wearable: something sleek and useful, with good battery life. The Gear Fit is a big improvement over the Galaxy Gear, the company's first smartwatch, and has that improved battery people were looking for. Samsung expects to launch the device in April. Samsung has beaten Apple to the punch once again, it seems. Oh, and it ditches Android.
