Fresh off a successful Kickstarter launch, developer Nigoro has releasded a free demo for the Japanese Indiana Jones-esque metroidvania adventure La-Mulana 2. As a quick primer, take an old-school non-linear 2D adventure game, toss in a bunch of traps, tombs, artifacts and painfully obscure riddles and finish it off with tough-as-nails gameplay and exploration and you've basically got the gist.
La-Mulana 2 assuredly is brimming with more treacherous, lost ruins to explore – for now, interested players – and anyone who enjoys Super Metroid or Castlevania's classic Symphony of the Night is highly, highly encouraged to dive in – can pick up the free PC demo (originally seen last year at TGS) at the link below.
