On November 21, Complex and Seagram’s Gin threw a little shindig to celebrate the release of the Seagram’s Gin Calendar, 2014 edition. Of course, a little shindig by our standards is still a pretty big deal.
The event was held at Chicago club Lumen, and was hosted by DJ Hustle Simmons. For those unfamiliar with the Seagram’s Gin Calendar, it features thirteen lovely young ladies who have competed to win spots in the final print. These thirteen beauties were all on hand, and were introduced, month-by-month, to the very approving crowd.
The evening’s headlining act was the one and only Trinidad James, whose set incorporated five of the Seagram’s Gin Calendar girls, dancing on stage with him—and a sampling of fine Seagram’s Gin product. Winners of the Complex x Seagram’s Gin sweepstakes were taken backstage at the end of the night to meet Mr. James.
