Crytek and Machinima are bringing Ryse: Son of Rome to a tiny desktop theater near you in a four-part live-action series. The new web series starts next week on Machinima's YouTube channel and there is sure to a lot of hackin' and slashin'.
Scope this moody teaser with surprisingly high production value; this isn't a fan film kids. The story looks like a prequel to how Ryse's protagonist, Marius Titus, becomes the screaming, limb hacking, make-pretty-holes in everyone badass shown in the game.
Ryse: Son of Rome is an day-one Xbox One exclusive that you can play with your new shiny Xbox on November 22.
