Map Reveals Current Price of Gas Across U.S.

The average price is at a two-year low.

Here's the good news: Gas prices across the United States are at their lowest in two years. Here's the bad news: Some people are still paying over $4 for gas on average. This map, which is based on data from the U.S. Energy Information Administration, reveals that average price of gasoline reached a two-year low as of Thursday:

As the Labor Day weekend approaches, the U.S. national average retail price for regular gasoline has fallen 13 cents per gallon below the apparent summer peak of $3.68 per gallon, reached on July 22
