She's from Eagleton. You know who else is from Eagleton? Voldemort, probably.

It's been a good year so far for Kristen Bell. She had a baby, is officially set to marry long-time fiancé Dax Shepard, the Veronica Mars movie became a reality, she met a sloth on Ellen, and now she's set to play the role she was born to play: Leslie Knope's Eagleton counterpart/nemesis, Ingrid.

In short—Kristen Bell is going to be on Parks and Recreation!

According to EW, Bell will guest-star in an episode of the hit NBC comedy series next season as a "snooty" Eagleton city councilwoman who is "Leslie’s equivalent, but richer and better dressed." So, basically, she's be a very blonde, real-life ball of sunshine who is also evil, because you know who else is from Eagleton? Voldemort, probably.

There's no word if she'll share any scenes with her former Veronica Mars and Party Down co-star Adam Scott, or her current House of Lies co-star Ben Schwartz, but we do know that Bell's character will be working with Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler) on the annual Pawnee-Eagleton basketball game. We can only hope will end in the two of them facing off in some sort of basketball game to the death. Or, something less dark. Whatever. Kristen Bell is going to be on Parks and Rec!

Bell's episode is set to air sometime in October, as if NBC can expect us to wait that long. Parks and Rec, on the other hand, will return on September 26th, with an hour-long season premiere set in London.
