Pastry king Dominique Ansel has announced a new reason for eager customers to line up outside of his SoHo bakery. Next month, New Yorkers will be the first to sample the coconut-flavored croissant-dougnut hybrids known as "croconuts." Here's what the upgraded version will consist of, according to Ansel:

We figured that a new cronut flavor would result in long lines. It's going to be hot outside, so if you're going to wait, you'd better bring water.
