Some people just don't know how to behave when they get out of jail, especially if they've grown accustomed to being locked up. Russell Duffney is one of those people. The 46-year-old was arrested at his Saratoga Springs, NY home on Tuesday after slicing off part of a man's ear with a machete during a cookout.
The victim, who also suffered cuts to his face, was rushed to Saratoga Hospital where police were called. The man explained that he was attacked by Duffney during a shindig at his home. Duffney, who has a lengthy rap sheet, was arrested and charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
