Seth MacFarlane may be more famous for his TV work (Family Guy, American Dad, The Cleveland Show) but his live-action movie Ted was the highest grossing R-rated movie of all time.

He's following up with A Million Ways to Die in the West, a western comedy he wrote and will direct. MacFarlane will also play a sheep farmer who girlfriend, played by Amanda Seyfried, dumps him after he "chickens out of a gunfight." Charlize Theron shows up as a "mysterious woman" who "helps him find his courage"—then Liam Neeson, her outlaw husband shows up to kick ass and take names.

It also stars Giovanni Ribisi in an unspecified part that Jonah Hill apparently turned down. Don't knock Neeson's comedy chops just yet: watch him do improv with Ricky Gervais.

"I'm a funny guy, aren't I?" We hope so, Liam!
