Sorry, all five of you left watching 90210: As of yesterday, the show is officially on the chopping block. According to Vulture, the current fifth season has been announced as the last for the teen drama, meaning the finale in May - yes, the one which will feature Michael Jackson's eldest son, Prince Michael Jackson in his first television role - will be the show's last episode ever.
The series premiered in 2008 as a reboot of the timeless teen classic Beverly Hills, 90210, which ran from 1990 to 2000. Ratings were never stellar for the show, but they seemed to have dipped especially as of late - February 25th's episode, the show's most recent, only pulled in 580,000 viewers, and the week before that only 550,000. But hey, at least it lasted five seasons!
