It's called How to Catch a Monster.

Ryan Gosling is set to make his directorial debut with the upcoming fantasy film he penned, How to Catch a Monster, and, with production set to begin in May, it looks like the cast is finally coming together for it. As previously reported, the film is already set to star Gosling's Drive co-star Christina Hendricks, and now it looks like joining her in the cast will be Gosling's current girlfriend and The Place Beyond the Pines co-star Eva Mendes, as well as actor Rob Zabrecky.

The film, which has been described as a "fantasy noir" with suspense and fairy-tale elements is set in a "surreal dreamscape of a vanishing city." Hendricks will portray Billy, a mother whose son discovers a secret road that leads to an underwater town, Mendes will portray "Cat," a prominent member of something called the Big Bad Wolf Club, and Zabrecky will portray a cab driver.
