With so many rumors circulating about Disney's plans for the Star Wars franchise now that they've acquired the rights, it's hard to tell what's true and what isn't. A new set of films? Stand-alones featuring minor characters? A whole film about Yoda? Unfortunately, this new news isn't going to offer any answers - but it does give us another possibility. According to The Playlist, the same sources who offered news of a Yoda-based film are now saying that Disney is also planning movies surrounding Boba Fett and a young Han Solo.
The details on the films are vague, but apparently the Han Solo-centric film will take place between Star Wars: Episode III and Star Wars, and the OG Solo, Harrison Ford, may return as a "framing device to tell the story. Boba Fett's film will either take place sometime between Star Wars and Star Wars: Episode V or between that film and Star Wars: Episode VI.
Apparently, this means the possibility that other characters - like Darth Vader - could return as well, but Disney seems to be keeping those details understandably under wraps.
