An actress identified as "Anne G" has filed a lawsuit against Time Warner, HBO, Cinemax, and production company True Crime LLC for requiring her to do nude scenes. While the show in question isn't revealed, the woman's attorney did informThe Hollywood Reporter that she was hired to do an episode entitled "Jail Break" for the second season of Skinemax's Cinemax's Femme Fatales. So, if you're wondering how does one get roped into performing certain scenes without their discretion, here's an excerpt talking about the first day of shooting:

[B]lindsided with rewrite after rewrite which necessitated her character to simulate sexual intercourse and for her to appear nude but for pasties on her nipples and a sticker on her private parts, without the proper health and safety protections in place or a set that was closed except for essential production crew.

When Anne G refused to perform the questionable scenes, the producers threatened to sue her for $100,000 for breach of contract. Even though the actress did leave before the entire film was completed, she did perform in what she called "a scene depicting aggressive sexual intercourse with a male performer." During the aforementioned scene, she claims that the actor's mouth started to bleed which got on her face. The production crew refused to stop the scene even when Anne G alerted them of the situation. Soon after that incident, she admitted to taking an STD test for precautionary measures.
