Aaron Sorkin is headed to Springfield. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Oscar-winning writer is set to lend his voice to an upcoming episode of The Simpsons. Sorkin will voice newscaster Kent Brockman's "inner voice," and appear only in thought bubbles to advice Brockman when he ponders joining Fox News. The same episode will also feature NFL legend Joe Namath, and chef Gordon Ramsay

The episode, titled "Four Regrettings and a Funeral," will air as part of the animated show's 25th season, and is set to premiere next fall. Hopefully, there will be lots of Sorkinisms to be had, because they're really quite something.
