Halle Berry is wasting no time acquiring a restraining against ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry. Following the gigantic fight between Aubry and Berry's current fiancé Olivier Martinez that occurred on Thanksgiving day, TMZ is reporting that the actress' lawyers will be in family court as soon as possible to seek a restraining order for herself, Martinez, and the 4-year-old daughter she shares with Aubry, Nahla.
A judge did issue an emergency order of protection that required Aubry to stay 100 yards away from Berry, Martinez, and Nahla right after the fight occurred, but that is expiring on Tuesday - Berry's lawyers are looking to extend it.
The fight between Aubry and Martinez occurred on Thanksgiving day when Aubry stopped by Berry's home to drop off Nahla. It reportedly began right in front of Nahla, and left Aubry with a broken rib, cuts to his face, and a head injury while Martinez suffered a broken hand and possibly an injury to his neck.
