Georgia Teen Ridiculed on Twitter After Threatening to Move to Australia Following President Obama's Re-Election

She asked for it.

18-year-old Kristen Neel of Georgia likes the taste of her own foot. Disappointed with President Obama's re-election, Neel tweeted that she was "moving to Australia, because their president is a Christian and actually supports what he says."

Not only does that statement not make any fucking sense, it's also completely wrong. Thankfully, several Australians were very quick to respond, informing Neel that she was misinformed.

Over 1,500 people retweeted Neel's ignorance. They let her know that Australia doesn't have a president, they have a prime minister. Second, that prime minister is a woman, who lives with a man she isn't married to. Third, the prime minister is an atheist. That's three strikes that cut pretty deep. One person even suggested that the USA spend more money to fund public education to avoid another Neel-like mistake in the future.

Prior to deleting her Twitter account and disappearing into a black hole of stupidity, Neel left Twitter with one final gem:  "I was referring to the previous office that actually had a moral position."
