Police in Wilmington, DE arrested a man who had crack and weed stashed inside of his prosthetic leg. Officers responded to a call about a disruption, and arrived to find 51-year-old Jose Santiago intoxicated and screaming obscenities. As he was being booked, police discovered that Santiago had several outstanding warrants, and they also discovered nearly three grams each of weed and crack inside of his leg.
Santiago was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of crack cocaine.
