A man wearing a bulletproof vest and trench coat was arrested at LAX on Friday after other strange (and threatening) materials were discovered on his person. 28-year-old Yongda Huang Harris arrived from Japan to scare the shit out of U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers with his clothing. After searching his bags, they discovered a smoke grenade, body bags, bio-hazard suits, three leather-coated billy clubs, a face respirator, a baton, a hatchet, knives, handcuffs, and a device to repel dogs.

Harris is a U.S. citizen who had been living and working in Japan. He's been charged with transporting hazardous materials and could face a maximum sentence of five years in prison.
