Frictional Games has released a timely Halloween day release trailer for Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs, their indirect sequel to Amnesia: The Dark Descent.

Aside from sounding like a scrapped Pink Floyd concept album, A Machine for Pigs manages to pack the two minutes of this trailer with more than enough terror to stress us the fuck out. The game uses a healthy combination of slow-burn horror film atmospherics and survival horror techniques to give players a classic horror game experience. The game drops early 2013.

Amnesia: The Dark Descent, on the other hand, is available now on Steam and GOG for only $5 if you want to get a little taste of nightmare fuel to get you ready for Halloween. Watch the trailer and let us know what you think on Twitter.
