If you really think about it, forcing wild animals to live in balls small enough to fit in your pocket for extended periods of time and only letting them out when you force them to viciously attack other creatures is pretty cruel. But we never even thought about the real implications of some Pokemon's ability to use the Kamikaze "self-destruct" move.
That's some real heavy shit for a game that kids play.
