The Smithsonian's "The Art of Video Games" exhibition is leaving DC at the end of September, but if you haven't already seen it yet there's no reason to worry. You can still check out the expansive homage to all the games we love. You'll just have to go to Florida.

The Art of Video Games will be in the Boca Raton Art Museum in Boca Raton, FL from Oct. 24 to Jan. 13, which should give you plenty of time to work up the courage to head down there. Just watch out—we hear the alligators are vicious, and the old people are even worse.

The exhibit explores the legacy of video games over the last 40 years, and features dozens of the games voted on by the public last year.
