According to E! Online, Parker Posey is replacing the equally hot and funny Leslie Mann for the premiere episode of the Zooey Deschanel-starrer New Girl, which airs September 25th.
The 43-year-old actress will be taking over the role of "shot girl," who will be present at a party celebrating Schmidt (Max Greenfield) getting his penis cast removed. Yes, you read that correctly.
We're bummed to see Mann bow out due to her busy schedule, but Posey hasn't made quite as much noise since her heyday in the 90s, so we're glad to see her front and center (even if only for an episode) on prime time TV.
