With the seventh season premiere of Dexter just around the corner, Showtime has finally released the key art for the upcoming season, which is set to begin airing on September 30th. In it, we see a close-up of our antagonist the protagonist, Dexter (Michael C. Hall), with a slash on his cheek - the same sort of slash he normally gives his victims just before he gets with the killing. Could this be, gasp, foreshadowing?
Additionally, some stills for the premiere were released, featuring Deb (Jennifer Carpenter) and Dexter in a stand-off continued from the last season finale, as well as images of newcomers Ray Stevenson, Jason Gedrick, and Yvonne Strahovski.
