Pre-order bonuses tend to be pretty hit-or-miss, but Nintendo's been on a roll lately, particularly with their handheld Mario games. First it was the Tanooki Mario keychain for Super Mario 3D Land, and now it's the gold coin locket for New Super Mario Bros 2.
It holds a game cartridge or whatever other small objects you want to put in it, including more bling-bling than most people can handle. But there's a catch: currently it's only been announced for UK stores Game and Gamestation.
We'll keep our ears to the ground for word of a US release. Are you looking forward to New Super Mario Bros. 2, a game that Nintendo's promised will be all about the coins? Tell us in the comments or on Twitter.
