Everything is bigger in Texas, especially the ambition. Given his millionaire status, Doug Guller is no slouch when it comes to bringing in that paper. But now he’s set his mind on bigger things. Guller founded a series of “breastaurants” in Texas named Bikinis, and he recently purchased a town in Texas that he plans to name after the chain. Now that’s branding.

Guller bought the town of Bankersmith, TX, through Craigslist. With a population of roughly 20 people between 1949 and 1961, Bankersmith—soon to be Bikinis, TX—was never a popular place. Now that it’s been named after a place (and garment) that supports breasts, we think that might change.
