Following the Macbook, it seemed as if the Mac Pro was next up to get the axe from Apple’s product line, having last seen an update two years ago (in comparison, the Macbook Pro is updated about twice a year, and the iMac is yearly). But independent reports from 9to5mac and Mac Rumors indicate an update is finally imminent, after Apple’s WWDC next week. According to the former, new parts numbers for three Pro models are floating around. And the latter is reporting that retail stores have begun to pull stock off the shelf in anticipation of new shipments coming in on June 12th. Film editors, rejoice!
