As farm-to-table becomes the standard for freshness, restaurants are going to greater lengths to fix sustainable food for customers. Enter Rosemary's (18 Greenwich Ave.), a new Italian spot in New York's Greenwich Village.
Carlos Suarez, of Bobo, is the man behind the eatery, noteworthy for having its own rooftop farm, the source of the ingredients for every dish on the menu. Currently Rosemary's serves dinner only, but breakfast and lunch will be available soon.
