Fergie turned 37 on March 27th, and to celebrate she had a little soiree on Friday (March 30) at 1 Oak’s nightclub inside the Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.

That she had a party isn't that surprising, Fergie's an international music superstar and that's just what those types of people do. Private jets and all that. What is surprising is Michael Jordan's random appearance. Seems His Airness was in town for his celebrity invitational golf tournament and, well, the guy just couln't pass up a good party. Thankfully, he didn't show up in any of the foolish ensembles he's been known to wear.

R&B singer Ne-Yo was also in attendance, though his participation was wildly less interesting to us.

The weekend didn't go by without some sense of history behind it, though. Three years ago, "Boom Boom Pow" was released to iTunes— two weeks after it went to radio— marking the beginning of the band's historic climb up the pop charts.

My, how things change. BEP have since gone on hiatus, and while Fergie was celebrating her birthday, will.i.am was in Syndey, Australia, partying at the opening of the new Marquee nightclub there, and shooting a video with a bunch of babes on a yacht. As for the other members, no word on where they're at.

Still, Fergie appears to be in incredible shape and could probably hit the stage or studio at a moment's notice and get right back in the swing of things. We haven't heard the last of BEP.
