The next issue Nintendo Power will include a feature on an upcoming Epic Mickey spin-off for the 3DS, Epic Mickey: Power of Illusion. The April 2012 cover-story, will be a double-feature on recently announced Epic Mickey 2: Power of Two and the yet-to-be announced 3DS title.
Rumors had surfaced in the last week regarding a connection between Epic Mickey 2 franchise and the 3DS, ranging from a 3DS port of, to the game actually being a 3DS-exclusive.
At the moment we don't have any other information regarding Power of Illusion. For now it looks like we'll have to wait until the magazine hits newsstands. That said, the word Illusion in the title does evoke memories of Mickey's adventure on the Genesis, Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse. It may just be a coincidence: Personally, I hope it's not.
