CBS New York Runs Skittles Ad Before Trayvon Martin Report

Really?

None

As you know by now, all Trayvon Martin was carrying at the time of his murder was an iced tea and a pack of Skittles. So it was a bad idea for CBS New York to place an advertisement for the candy before their report on Wednesday’s Million Hoodie March, right? That still happened, and Animal NY caught it.

Here's a little advice for CBS New York: It’s probably in poor taste to run a Skittles ad before doing a report on Trayvon Martin’s murder, especially with the knowledge of what he was "armed" with. We would’ve told you this yesterday, but thought it kind of went without saying.

Also, it definitely looks like there were more than a “few dozen” people at the rally. We’re pretty sure they would’ve been livid had they seen this, but hey, what do we know?
