Last year, Taco Bell began testing Doritos flavored taco shells in Ohio. Now, the word straight from Taco Bell headquarters is that the Doritos Los Tacos will roll out nationwide at 12:01 a.m. on March 8. Perfect timing.
So Good Blog'sJohn Eick was at Taco Bell's HQ to sample the Doritos Los Tacos, and provided some great live-Tweets and pictures. Above, you can see the Taco Bell test kitchen, the process for making the Cool Ranch Doritos Los Tacos sausage, a regular Taco Bell Shell compared to the Doritos shell and a giant Hot Sauce packet playing pool.
It was clearly an eventful day, sort of like we figure March 8 will be.
