Good news for you Android users. PayPal finally updated its app for Google's mobile OS and stocked it with a bevy of new features and a new look.
At the forefront, the updated app now supports near-field communication (NFC) so users can swipe their phones to request or send payments. PayPal also gave the app a makeover with new aesthetics that work better with Android tablets.
Of course, all the old features are still intact: check your balance, withdraw money, and view transactions; find businesses nearby that accept PayPal; and the ability to send money as a gift.
The new PayPal app is available now in the Android Market for free. Peep some screenshots above.
