Rather, the Jersey Shore star reaches out through his lawyers, in much more formal language.

Abercrombie & Fitch never offered Mike "The Situation Sorrentino" money to stop wearing their clothing, and, understandably, Sitch is pretty pissed that the clothing company is trying to capitalize off his name. So pissed, in fact, that he's served them with a cease-and-desist order to get them to stop.

In the document, obtained by TMZ, Sitch more or less tells A&F to stop associating themselves with his so-called "brand," citing the clothing company's "Fitchuation" and "G.T.L. (You know the deal) Fitch" shirts.

But here's the highlight: "We doubt that you could provide a valid reason why you used these specific designs, except to create a (false) association with our client's goodwill."

Ironically, this attempt at decreasing publicity for the brand is only generating more publicity. The saga continues.
