The free Festival was set to go down Saturday and Sunday, and would feature performances from Janelle Monáe, Das Racist, Santigold, Cee Lo, Jay Electronica and more. But now it's no more.
In other news, Irene also merked the two Dave Matthews Band shows scheduled for this weekend.
