The smoked chicken wrap from Reggie's Old Fashioned Sandwiches is a prime example of opposite textures working together. The chicken is admittedly a little dry—not in a bad way per se but definitely noticeably so—while the vegetables are almost slippery without being greasy. In every bite you can taste both elements simultaneously and together it creates a welcomed balance. The wrap itself is grilled to add another texture: crunch. And for the sauce lovers, ask for the spicy aioli dip they give with an order of fries; it's damn delicious and compliments the muted taste of the chicken perfectly.
