Apple Co-founder Steve Wozniak Says White iPhone Coming Soon

The Woz says the white iPhone will drop during Black History Month.

If Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak is to be believed, those of you waiting for a white iPhone 4 won't have to hold out for much longer. Talking to The Engadget Show, The Woz said the white iPhone 4 model was delayed due to a problem with the LED camera flash.

According to Wozniak, the light color of the white glass can not prevent the light from the flash from bleeding over into the lens, which is causing images to blur. He went onto say that the images he took with his modified black iPhone 4 looked as if they were "taken through cellophane." The good news, Woz says, is that those issues have been resolved and that the phone should be shipping soon.

Rumors based on Best Buy and AT&T inventory listings have the phone dropping on February 27.
