Richards is the MD of The Renowned Group and is also an A&R Consultant at Polydor Records. His spark of entrepreneurial magic began when he became a manager to his close friend, MC Wretch 32, at the start of his musical journey. With over a decade in the business, Richards has gained a strong reputation for his taste in music and has featured in both Music Week's 30 Under 30 list and Link Up TV's 31 music influencers list.
